I'm Fábio André Carreira, the Head Coach at FACSCOACH, a Swimming Coach, Ocean Lifeguard, bodyboarder, musician, soccer player, Personal Trainer, Physiotherapy student, and all-around sports enthusiast with a lifetime of experience immersed in the ocean's embrace

My deep connection with the water is rooted in my extensive experience as an ocean lifeguard and my love for ocean activities like surfing and bodyboarding. This connection fuels my passion for teaching and ensures that every lesson is infused with the spirit of the sea
Beyond the pool, my expertise extends to an array of activities both in and out of the water. As a former professional soccer and beach soccer player, I bring a wealth of experience to our programs. I also offer coaching in volleyball, basketball, and fitness, ensuring a holistic approach to sports and wellness
I am proud to be joined by Dimitri Kubai, a professional swimmer, and together, we form a dynamic team of sports enthusiasts with vast knowledge and coaching formation. We also empower our best students to become Young Instructors, assisting us and developing their leadership skills as they embark on their teaching journey
In addition to sports coaching, I am a certified professional trainer and certified Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Assistant. With comprehensive knowledge in body areas, I offer treatments for bone, muscular, tendon, and ligament injuries. Although I cannot diagnose, I excel in providing therapeutic treatments such as focus therapy, palpation therapy, and muscular massage therapy. These services are an area of potential growth as we expand our clientele
